The town of St. Andrews in Scotland is situated on Scotland’s east coast, approximately one hour by car, north of Edinburgh. The town is best known as the home of golf, with the world’s oldest golf course ‘The Old Course’ situated within the town. You will also find the Royal and Ancient (R&A as it is often referred to) Golf Club house. There are many golf courses in and around St. Andrews, which attracts golfers from all over the world.
