The Jerdan Gallery, in Crail

jerdan-gallery-window.jpgSue and David Jerdan, the Jerdan Gallery owners, are lifelong collectors of art after deciding to turn their hobby into their living in July 2002, by opening the Jerdan Gallery in Crail.

The Jerdan Gallery extends over the whole of the ground floor and sculpture garden in the most distinctive property in the historic Marketgate of Crail. The gallery is home to a wonderful collection of work by Scottish artists and artisans.jerdan-gallery-room.jpg

The Jerdan Gallery has some of the best of contemporary Scottish paintings, sculpture, ceramics, glass, woodwork, jewellery and 19th/20th century art. Regular exhibitions of featured artists' work have gained a strong following and it has been said that the gallery benefits from having all the class of a city gallery, but in an idyllic and relaxed rural setting.

jerdan-garden.jpgDavid and Sue Jerdan have abundant enthusiasm for, and knowledge of, all our artists and subject matter, and you can be sure to find that special something for your home or your garden. Whilst you can browse in peace, do not hesitate to use their helpful and knowledgeable advice which they readily give alongside a genuinely warm and friendly welcome to everyone visiting the gallery. They are happy to give advice and information on all the artists, their work, and their inspiration.

Why not take a look at what we're currently exhibiting or better still, pay us a visit in the charming East Neuk village of Crail. We'll be delighted to give you a warm welcome to what we think is a wonderful collection of Scottish art in an equally wonderful location.
