MayView Fisherman's Cottage.

May View Fishermans CottageMayView is a 17th century fisherman's cottage, so called as out of its window the Isle of May can be clearly seen. It accommodates a maximum of two adults and one small child.

MayView is located next to the picturesque Crail Harbour, which is much photographed. The cottage has been carefully restored, with no expense spared on fittings, retaining its original stone walls throughout which are complemented by a solid walnut floor and the original 17th century beams.

MayView Cottage living room has a log burning stove, the window seat set in the stone wall affords fine views across the Firth of Forth to the Isle of May. The kitchen includes a double ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, a full compliment of pots and pans, crockery and crystal glasses.

Crail Harbour by Fishermans CottageThe large bedroom has a king sized bed, the triple aspect dormer seat, provides uninterrupted views down the Firth of Forth and over to the Isle of May. There is a travel cot and a fold-out single bed suitable for a small child.

MayView is supplied with Egyptian cotton linen, cot and bedding (if required), towels, beach towels, two luxury bath robes, coffee, tea, sugar and toiletries (soap, shower gel, etc).

The bathroom has a luxury claw-foot spa bath with pressurised six-inch rain shower.

All rental prices at MayView are fully inclusive. Boats in Crail Harbour just below Fishermans CottagePower and heating is included, along with a starter basket of logs for the log-burning stove. The welcome pack, comprising Chablis, Scottish fudge, continental chocolates, mile, bread, butter, eggs, fresh flowers and a bowl of fresh fruit.

Information & Prices
Bookings run from Friday to Friday with entry at 3.00 pm and departure by 10.00 am. With short breaks in low and mid season for a minimum of three nights subject to availability and at other times on a last minute basis.
