Kinkell House is to the south east of St Andrews near the coast, the farm runs down to the sea, and has spectacular views of the coastline to the North and West towards St Andrews.

If you are interested in golf, Kinkell House is next door to the New St. Andrews Links "Castle" course that opened in 2008, and close to the other St. Andrews courses of Kingsbarns, the Fairmont St. Andrews Courses and many more in the area.
